The porn star, Alex Torres who also works as an instructor at a skydiving school, or should I say worked at a skydiving school, until he pulled a high air sex stunt which is under review by the Federal Aviation Administration.  Alex Torres and a receptionist at the Skydive Taft School, Hope Howell performed sex acts high in the sky. They must have read about the “Mile High Club” and wanted to event their own version.
They filmed the event which took place on the plane and continued after their jump into the sky over California.  Then Alex Torres placed the video along with loud pop music by Katy Perry playing in the background, on his age-protected blog.  Torres, known as Voodoo, removed the video after the Taft Police Department started to investigate the explicit act.  The Police told the owner of the Skydive School, Dave Chrouch, who knew nothing about the sex tape, that the video was being viewed by kids in school.
Apparently, Torres had explained to Chrouch that he put the video together to get the attention of Howard Stern.  They had told the pilot that it was ok to do this video and they had arrived early in the morning before anyone arrived for work.  Dave Chrouch said his pilot would have been in complete control of the plane at all times, even though the couple were performing the acts right next to the pilot.  As the participating parties were both of age, it looks like there are no charges pending.
